Wall mount the enclosure

Is it possible to mount the enclosure directly to a wall?

I’ll mount the filament spools to wall over it.

It may not be possible. Because of PSU mounted on the outside rear of enclosure.

Why not build a small shelf for the printer where you would mount it on the wall using a couple of shelf brackets?

I have not setup up my system yet but if the PSU on the back is an issue, maybe a pair of 2X4s as standoffs may work.  Would ensure that you can mount to the studs in the wall.  I wonder about the angular load on the frame.  May need a couple of brackets on the bottom for the load.

Sounds like the better option.

Just be sure you have enough space for PSU's vent
