Unwanted Color/Toolhead Used on Infill

I have a design I created and trying to print. I would like it to look clean like this:

But unfortunately PrusaSlicer for some reason applies an infill with tool # 4 (black) for the base of my net. This ever so slightly shows up in my print, and is not wanted.

I’ve tried a few different ways to fix this but have been unsuccessful. Even dedicating the infill extruder to tool # 5, which is white, is being ignored.

And yes, I even tried changing the solid infill toolhead to 5 and that didn't help. Is this a bug, or is there a setting I'm missing somewhere else? It seems like it's some kind of weird, toolhead optimization happening, that I don't want.

Thanks for your time!

RE:

No clue why. Maybe some stl manifold jankery or something I dont really know about. But the workaround would be to not use the painter tool on the side of the bottom/base stl. In other words, set to use the black extruder for the base then paint the bottom and top of it white; basically opposite of how you did it for that specific part using a white extruder and painting the side black. Doing it this way doesn't mess with the 'red net stl'.
