TPU on carbon fibre

Hi all,

Last fall I was printing successfully some TPU 95A on top of carbon fibre rods. Now I have been trying the same, with same settings and same rods, but the filament does not stick.
Bed temperature: default;

Nozzle temperature: 215 celsius

Is it because of humidity? Should I then place the filament in the oven for 1 hour? See attached picture of the result. Thank you in advance!

RE:

TPU is hygroscopic, so I would keep it dry.

Invest some bucks into a simple filament dryer (like Sunlu S2 for example) and put such filaments into a closed box or plastic bag.
