Slow speeds on Prusa XL vs Bambu X1C? What am I missing?

Dear community, with a friend who has been helping me design a piece to replace a broken vase, we found out that apparently on his Bambu X1C the print time of exactly the same piece with the same configuration takes 2 hours and 40 minutes, compared to 5 hours and 17 minutes the same piece takes on my Prusa XL.

We captured all the configuration parameters from both his Bambu Studio and my Prusa Slicer on the following Google Slides deck to check if anyone can have a look and let us know. if it is at all possible to achieve similar printing times.

Thanks a lot for your time checking this and help!

Update: If anyone wants to download the model to see the config for themselves, feel free to download it from the following link. Thank you!

PS is taking a very different printing path when using Arachne. PS does a segmented-incomplete circle where it sometimes starts at the end of a segment and prints 'backwards' for whatever reason.

If you look at BS paths it prints a full inner circle perimeter then does the outer perimeter with the squares. If you switch PS' perimeter generator back to Classic the pathing matches BS' pathing and the print time drops to 3h59m.

If you compare the sliced legends PS actually prints the external perimeters faster with your uploaded settings compared to BS' default "0.20mm Strength @BBL X1C". I assume the missing 50m in PS is travel which is triple BS'. Then PS's gap infill is a magnitude slower for whatever reason so...¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Thank you for sharing your comments. Sounds like an opportunity for improvement to the Prusa Slicer team no?

PS is far from perfect. There's always room for improvement.

Arachne is the newer perimeter generator that Prusa has made the default which may or may not be better depending on the model. It has its own sub-settings that you can tinker with; maybe you can find some settings that make it even faster than Classic. But there's always the option of just switching back to Classic. It's up to the user to choose which works better for them for any given situation.

As for the gap fill discrepancy, I didn't look into it. It's possible that its just one setting that's been overlooked, or maybe even just a bug. It's pretty weird a seemingly simple thing takes that much longer.
