Issues printing polycarbonate blends with carbon fiber in them

I'm running a 5 tool XL with an enclosure and generally run 0.4mm nozzles on all print heads but the first two I use adapters with diamond nozzles and stock 0.4 on the rest for anything non abrasive... But I have been attempting larger structural prints with various brands of PC+CF filament to counter warping... and after awhile it has been "jamming" with and without the enclosure open, in fact with it closed caused the nozzles to got gummed up so bad i decided to replace them with the obsidian hardened nextruder nozzles and to give Prusament PC blend - CF a try... with new nozzles and recalibrated print heads and prusament PC-CF it might not be jamming like the old nozzles and filament did but is arguably worse with large missing patches of filament in even the first layer.   I've tried nozzle temperatures as high as 290c which while slightly better does not solve the issue.  I'm going to try the other hardened print head but wanted to see if others were having issues.  Of if maybe there is some area inside the print head extruder to check that i may have missed that could be causing filament drive issues.

Hmm... it is just with print head #1 as #2 printed a near perfect benchy with the same exact filament.  Which happens to be the one where I could not get the adapter out of the heater block at all and in the process broke off the thermistor wires.  I replaced that block with a genuine Prusa block assembly and put the new obsidian nozzle into it before installing it into the print head. After I saw one error with the first heater calibration test but none since... Reseated removed and reseated the heater and thermistor wires... I will test it again soon but right now i have a 24 hour PC and PC-CF print going on the printer fingers crossed the PC-CF in strategic areas will prevent the warping that killed the print in the past.  (It literally lifted all four corners off the build plate off the heated bed when printed with just PC Blend)
