Gaps between colors on Prusa XL 5T – Multi-material alignment issue
Hi everyone,
I'm experiencing an issue with my Prusa XL 5-Toolhead. When printing multi-color parts on the same layer (like the Game Boy faceplate attached), there are visible gaps between the colors.
This is a backlit project with an LED strip behind it. Because of the internal lighting, these gaps are extremely noticeable and ruin the final effect. As you can see in the photo, the black D-pad and the red button don't align perfectly with the grey body, allowing light to bleed through the edges.
Printer: Prusa XL 5T (Firmware up to date)
Slicer: PrusaSlicer (Expert Mode, Input Shaper profile)
Since this is for a backlit application, what is the best way to ensure 100% "interlocking" between colors?
