Noise from linear rail
Has anyone had experience with the linear rail making a squealing noise? Prints also suffer from pretty bad z banding. It only has a few hours, test print of helix gear came out clean. I blamed the first ugly banded looking print on the Sunlu filament not being calibrated, after changing to Polymaker it is producing the same results.

I have been printing Sunlu PLA. I used the generic PLA settings then dropped the temp down to 210.
I have been printing every day for the past few weeks no noises or issues yet. Xxxxxxx
Have had very good results. This print has 3 more hours to go.

It could be that the rail is not tight enough on the aluminum profile.
If necessary, tighten all the bolts in the rail. Hope this solves your problem.
