magnet Filamentsensor left and right

Hi everyone,

If anyone has a few problems with some materials (I've seen stories like separate side feed, past the sensor for TPU etc.) due to noise, quite a lot of resistance when inserting and TPU, this mod may help...

You need a handful of 3 mm cylinder magnets, M10 push fittings and some superglue. The steel springs are removed from the sensor block and the magnets then take over their task in future. It doesn't get much "softer" than this and I simply love the M10 push fittings - they hold the Ptfe hose reliably and, as the hose is guided completely through the push fitting, nothing can rub against the metal edges - however, there needs to be a stop inside the thread where the push fitting is screwed in to prevent it from being "pulled in". But then it is a nice "carefree package".

I have put the file, including description and "shopping list" (push fittings and magnets - nothing big) on Printables here.

If it helps one or the other - great! With this in mind, happy printing and have fun!
