Fan testing failed - possible reason and posible fix!

I used all the tips and tricks in the forum and could bypass the failure but wanted to not just bypass them but why and fix them.
I may have found the solution.

I did try the firmware upgrade, remove shrouds etc and while I could for the most part get past the failure (sometimes and eventually I wound up with a solid result by luck.

While doing removing the fan shroud I noticed the fan itself (held by a single screw in the top corner and the fan shroud holding the bottom (2 screws). There was a large gap (air flow issue!). All I did was loosen the top screw then put on the fan shroud (2 screws) then tighten up the top fan screw. It worked on ALL 5 fans!

Give it a try and let me know if it works please. Then maybe we can let Prusa know they are not assembling the fan shroud in the right order (screw tightening)

I really hope it saves people a lot of headaches.

If this works for lots of people maybe a moderator can make it a known issue / solution?
