Dock calibration

After installing the newest firmware update I have installed different diameter Nextruders (0.4mm) I've run the calibration, during the execution of the dock calibration of Tool1, when I execute step 12, i.e. tighten the upper screw and push CONTINUE the printer LCD screen jumps one step back, one step forward and then ends in the menu of Dock calibration a red cross is displayed meaning that the dock for tool1 has not been calibrated. The same fault repeats everytime I try to perform that dock calibration. Restarted the printer twice, still the same, even when the dock cal is aborted and started all over again the same happens.. I've skipped dock cal and went on with further cals - no issues, only the dock calibration.

Is it the newest firmware bug?

Hi, I have the same problem with my printer after upgrading from 2 to 5 print heads. Do you have a solution for this?

So, what is your firmware version exactly?

RE: Dock calibration

I currently have the 6.2.6 software, but I have already tried the older 6.2.5. (by a hard reset) I have already tried to rebuild the printer to 2 heads, without success. I have also looked at the log file (attached) and noticed that it mentions a Modbus error. Unfortunately I have not found out which participant this is, but I believe that it is not the heads or the new XL-Splitter board. As I have already removed these or replaced the new print heads without success.
