Breakaway and Soluble other than 0.25mm
Is it possible to add presets for breakaway filament and soluble filament to XL presets other than at 0.25mm layer heights? Is 0.15, 0.20, or 0.32 possible? If so, how do you install these presets?

Same way you install any other preset. If there is not a built in preset for you to install then it doesn't exist (yet). Prusa don't supply every combination. They only supply what they have tried and tested. The prusa supplied presets are the start of your journey, not the end. This applies to all the profile types. You will find many complaints about missing filaments when 'Y' is selected rather than 'X' (usually MMU related) for example.
You can however make as many of your own custom profiles as you want. So I am sure you can create ones in all the layer heights you listed. The onus is on you to test them and make sure they work though.
