Autolevel of Printing Plate crashed
Hello, I have a problem with the auto-leveling of the bed before printing, it stops at point 126, just before the end.
The nozzle is audibly pressed into the plate several times, and stops with the error message "Bed leveling failed".
I can print smaller models, but as soon as I get into this area with my printing I have this problem.
The printer came assembled, I didn't change anything on the heatbed - it doesn't look uneven either
Does anyone have a similar problem or is the problem known? Unfortunately I couldn't find anything in the forum.
I'm completely new here and have no experience with Pursa products.
Video of the problem:
Video dosn't play; however the first, very simple check wouldn't show:
Look under the build sheet - is there anything stuck to the underside or to the heatbed close to that position? Just a thread of stringing would be enough to trigger an error.
Cheerio,
RE: Autolevel of Printing Plate crashed
Hello, I was able to locate the problem. The heatbed is obviously bent by almost 2mm at the top. To test it, I put thick paper between the bed and the plate so that it leveled out. Result, no errors and perfect prints. It will probably need a new substructure for the heating plates...
Here are the pictures before leveling out with the paper strips:

This should be covered by warranty if it arrived assembled.
Agreed: Contact Support (via chat) and be ready to send them those pictures.
Cheerio,

This is the video of the failed autolevel process. You can hear the Z motors reaching their final position.
