Another USB issue or maybe the same one?
I have had my Prusa XL 5 tool printer for close to a month now and have been plagued with USB issues. I have yet to be able to print from prusa connect or use the old fashion USB (download from computer) method without hiccups. While using the printer with the firmware it came shipped with I was getting USB connection issues while printing and at times the USB would not be recognized. Troubleshooting that I have tried to fix this issue includes: reformatting drive, using a new drive (4 different ones so far), and upgrading the firmware (6.2.0-alpha2+8702). So far, the stopping mid print has not happened since the firmware upgrade (crossing fingers) but I still get the following problem in the video link below.
Here is a video of what I experience now using a USB, is this normal? I'm still inside the return window and really considering just returning it.
