As you can see this is the second time i printed this, even a layer cameloose . At approximately 20cm the is happening. Looks it is off when it is geting higher. It is PLA and no tool change. I see that the belt is good Checked it.. and the bed feels strong.. anything i could try?

I've not seen  this one despite some long prints - but I notice that although the print is large the actual print-sheet contact area is small. Check the first layer adhesion, if the print is warping off the bed in places it may be wobbling as the upper layers are squidged.

Cheerio,

The bed is sticking great and no warping.

As you can see in this print the layers are not perfect at the beginning also..

That doesn't seem to be the same part so the problems *might* have different causes ...

If you have no done so recently run through:

https://help.prusa3d.com/article/regular-printer-maintenance-xl_401237

... and also visit the belt tensioning procedure linked from there - is this the check you followed?

Cheerio,

I am unable to see the video, but based on the pictures I suspect a belt issue.

Check to see if your belt clamps are tight on the gantry.  You pop the Prusa XL cap off the gantry and there will be 2 belt clamps underneath.  Make sure the screws are tight.

How did you check the belt tension?  Follow this procedure.

Is this in an enclosure?
