Tool head heat break fan on full speed while not printing
After assembling my 5 tool head XL and powered it on. I hear all the fans initialized and then stop as expected. However one of the tool head's heat break fan will keep spinning up to full speed and stop as long as the printer is on. During single tool print, the fan problematic tool head fan will also run at full speed even when it's not used. Anyone else noticing this issue with with 5T XL? I have remove and reconnected the cable to the tool head. Did not resolve the issue. Waiting on escalated support ticket.
