Slicing uses wrong colors
Here's my design, as done in OnShape:
So, I selected a subset to print
OnShape exports more than is selected; I have reported this problem to them. So I load the .stl file, and I see
A bit more than what I selected. I then select the colors I want on each part
It comes in looking like this. Note that the colors are different than the colors I had assigned
and I use "smart fill" to set the colors on each part, using the same scheme as I laid out in OnShape:
I have rescaled this down to 30% to save printing time. Then I slice it, and get:
Note that it has changed the colors! And not even consistently. For example, in one case yellow is recast to red, and next to it, yellow is recast to blue. Then I print it
The colors print as the slicer sliced them. How do I get it to use the colors I selected? Note that the colors used for slicing are not the colors it imported as. It did print "correctly", at least relative to the colors it sliced to. Note that I had done a lot of screen captures yesterday, and today I stepped through it again, so you may see a different file that WindowSTL.3mf displayed in a couple shots.
I am using 2.7.3, the very latest slicer.
I tried using .STEP, .3MF, and .OBJ exports from OnShape. They gave me a consistent error that "No layers were found". So only the .STL export worked.

RE: Slicing uses wrong colors
Second to last image shows your model has some errors that didn't exist before the resizing which I'd assume is what causes the colors to mess up. I'd try printing the full size sample and if it goes fine then maybe stick to resizing in CAD rather than in PS.

The colours used in PS are arbitrary, they are used to distinguish the extruders from one another as a convenience for the user. It's perfectly possible to have all extruders represented by the same colour... Also, the slicer has no control over which colour filaments you choose to load.
Standard STL files do not carry any colour information (there are some experimental extensions) so OnShape's colours are not available to the slicer.
Keeping track of which part is which colour in OnShape, which each corresponds to in PS, to which extruder each is assigned and which colour to load in each extruder is basically an accounting task.

That suggests a dimensioning error - look for help in an OnShape forum.
Cheerio,
