Inadequate dock/nozzle clearance - versatility design flaw.
I use some 'exotic' nozzles for my work, which enable specific functionalities. Specifically, I use these airbrush nozzles which are longer with a narrower profile. There is very little clearance between the nozzle tip and the t-slot bar that holds the docks, not enough for these nozzles to be used (I need about 4mm more clearance). I need to use these nozzles, so I'm looking into designing some replacement metal frames. I would like to suggest a frame design that is adjustable/slotted so that other nozzles can be used.
