I paid 180.00 into California but my machine was semi assembled and comes in 2 boxes

My semi-assembled XL 5T is in transit to Missouri, so there may be an update.
Shipping $200 (DHL)
Paypal foreign transaction fee $110
2 boxes, but one waybill through customs. First box cleared today, second box on hold in London. Import duty for the waybill is $157.
Hoping there is not a second import duty for the second box, but should know in a day or two.
