Tool 5 grabbing always fails during Offset calibration

Just got a 5t XL, fully assembled.

Did the finishing touches, did the calibration of 5.1.2, picking up of all tools worked perfectly.

Then I got to the offset calibration, and suddenly it did not manage to pick up Tool 5 even a single time

Meanwhile switching to the tool menu and telling it to pick up tool 5 never caused a failure

Extra annoying because it's tool 5 so any failure happens after like 12 minutes.

I switched the tools, which didn't help, I reseated the dock which didn't help, I switched the entire dock and tool 3 and 5 and that did solve the issue for one time.

Then I switched nozzle, had to redo the offset and of course it now fails in the exact same way

And it doesn't look like it actually does the correct sideways movement, it does a diagonal movement for some reason

Prusa live chat was no help.

Oh and I updated to 6.0.1 and it didn't change anything

I did add videos to this but they don't appear to me?

RE: Tool 5 grabbing always fails during Offset calibration

Hello,
The user is encountering a consistent failure during the Offset calibration process on their Prusa XL. Specifically, Tool 5 (presumably the fifth printing tool) fails to be grabbed by the printer head. This issue only occurs during Offset calibration, not when selecting tools through the standard tool menu.
The user has already attempted several troubleshooting steps, including Verifying all connections and reseating the dock for Tool 5. Swapping Tool 5 with another tool (temporarily resolved the issue). Replacing the nozzle on Tool 5 (required recalibration, and the issue returned). Updating the printer firmware (no change in behavior).

Look at the row of heads/docks from the side, they should be in a straight line.  If any are out of line they need tightening into place - usually it is the one that fails but not always.

Cheerio,
