Issue setting up new XL during dock calibration. Are my tool changing mechanisms backwards?
I'm at this step:
But here's what mine looks like - unlocked:

It came like this out of the box. Is the bottom locking mechanism backwards?

Contact Prusa Support via chat. You will need the serial number of your machine. Have that image file ready.

Oh, that shouldn't happen.
In your print, either the upper or lower lock element was installed twice. Normally, the top and bottom are separate components.
Here, one of the two was installed twice.

I just looked at my ‘control slip,’ which looks like a receipt.
Unfortunately, there is nothing on it to indicate that the toolhead was recorded and parked. I think Prusa would have noticed if this had been checked during the final inspection.
That's my opinion.
