Extruder Clicking after Tool Change
Hi everyone,
We got our new semiassembled prusa XL with 5 Tools and tried the preinstalled two color bonkers benchy as a testprint. During the print there were loud clicking noises coming from the extruder. The noises start almost after every tool change and leads to underextrusion of the print. The filament used is prusament PLA.
After that we loaded the new firmware 6.0.0 and with the stuck filament detection activated the printer now stops when this problem occures. After reloading the filament the printer can continue without problems. By manually reloading the filament after almost every tool change we get good print quality.
It seems like the nozzle clogs while the extruder is in the tool storage. Does anyone have the same problem or a solution to it?
