Prusa XL Clicking & Underextruding - Help Please!
Hello,
My office has for the last 6 months been using a fantastic Prusa XL with 2 toolheads, and zero issues. We love the size and user-friendly printing workflow, much more enjoyable to use than the MK3s!
However, after going on vacation for a week, I have come back to find it clicking and underextruding, on prints identical to what it was producing just fine before my vacation. There have been no changes to printer or slicer settings (prusa slicer defaults). I have opened fresh, dry packs of filament (been using the same 3rd party white filament since we got the XL) and am still getting the same results.
The curious thing is that this issue is happening regardless of which toolhead I use. I am not sure if they both happen to be suffering from the same issue, or perhaps there is some part of the printer they both rely on?
The issue has gotten progressively worse. This was the first print from a week ago;
This came out last night;
And the print I just sent this morning was clicking loudly and printing literally nothing. Has happened several times this week, either printing nothing or printing a line every few seconds, and then seemingly not extruding.
Please help!
Thanks,
Lucas

Im not sure if its going to be of any help but did you try a cold pull? In my case , were something similar happened, it was a clocked nozzle. The clicking was mainly "scratching" the filament because it wast going through the nozzle.

I have done cold pulls on both nozzles this morning, and with my first print attempt it started clicking after ~30m, no filament coming out.
