Nextruder cables falling forward.
Has anybody figured out how to get the Nextruder cables and filament tubes to lean back (like they are supposed to)? Mine fall forward enough to cause a Nextruder (when moved to the right side of the bed) to snag on the cables of the parked Nextruder. It is causing prints to fail.
I tried using a spring to pull back the cables, but I couldn't find one weak enough.

Here is a picture. Perhaps someone can tell me if the plastic straps are on backwards. There is no indication of front or back on these straps.

The straps are correctly oriented and the angles are only slightly different from mine - but check you have pulled the flexible plates upwards as far as the keyhole openings allow -

Adjacent cable bundles will touch in certain positions but should not engage - slide adjacent bundle tidy clips up and down a fraction so they miss each other.
I tried dropping a straight line onto your picture but the angles are such that I cannot rule out barrel distortion in the image, so:
From the side, look along the line of docks and ensure they are all exactly in line - a 1mm error could cause occasional toolhead drop-offs. Ensure they are all installed firmly, you have to get the mounting bolt *very* tight.

Cheerio,

I had this issue on tools 4&5. This solved it:
