I completed the 3D Upfitters kit last weekend.  The assembly was pretty easy.  The only issue I ran into was that I needed to notch the Left Side panel to accommodate the Wi-Fi antenna.   The folks at 3D Upfitters said that the model they designed the kit from had the antenna oriented towards the rear rather than to the side, and that they would be notching the panel on kits they ship going forward.

As someone already mentioned, the printer is not "fully enclosed", but I added an Hepa filter for air exiting the enclosure.

Lol my uncle worked at the lexan plant for many years,  He used get all the scraps, he had tables, etc made of the stuff.   Lexan is bullet proof polycarbonate material lol.  It'd be fun to have these panels made out of it haha.

interesting, my 5 extruder xl has the antenna on the back, not the side.   I'll get mine built this weekend and add some pics.  Those kind of variations are frustrating and of course make it harder for prusa down the road when they do the upgrade kits...

So I got it all together and when I first tried to print something I realized I had the corner pieces in the back oriented wrong and E1 actually ran into one of the screws.   Last night I took it off(you really need to people for this as well as putting it on).  And this morning I swapped the pieces.  Today I'll put it back on and try some prints.

All done.   I've not tried any abs/asa printing with it yet, but I'm sure I will soon enough.  I'm going to say it doesn't really dampen the sound.

I also had to leave one screw out because it actually interfered with E1.

@ssill2 does the acrylic block the perforated rear plate behind the tools?

Thanks for sharing the photos. Do the extruder cables etc. hit the roof/top of the enclosure or is it just a very close fit? I can't quite tell from the photos.

My boss says the same thing haha.   He and I live in different states, and apparently in Texas, "basements aren't a thing".  I love my basement.

Looks great! The kit is just the acrylic panels, correct?

Yeahh talked with prusa at formnext, it keeps the ventilation where needed, such as the parking dock at the nextruders. Apart from that, I hope somebody will design a HEPA filtration system in the future, that is the reason I posted all of the CAD files.

I have the Prusa HEPA filter setup on my other enclosures.  I plan to just buy that and mount it to the acrylic.  That way I use the same filters on everything.

I made a small mod to the 3d upfitted moded spool base lol, I think it works better.
