Smooth print platform surface? (for printing transparent microfluidics plates flat)

I am printing some microfluidics chips (plates) with transparent materials. A typical plate is 50 mm x 35 mm and the thickness can be 1.5 mm. One side is structured and one is unstructured. I print these plates flat. The unstructured side of the print gets the surface roughness of the print platform. This causes haze. I see that some have glued a glass plate to their platform in order to get a printed plate with a smooth bottom surface ( https://www.moiin-resins.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/A-case-study-of-MOIIN-resins-for-cell-culture-device-fabrication-final.pdf). I'm tempted to try this, or just polish the aluminium platform. Of course, the adhesion of the print to the platform will be an issue, but an adhesion promoter (e.g. https://monocure3d.com/collections/platebond) may help. Which material will give the best adhesion; aluminium or glass?

Do you have any thoughts or experience regarding such a smoothened platform?
