Printing in different colour without re-slicing?

I wonder if I can print a certain print that is stored on my SL1S without having to re-slice it if I want to use a different colour. I intend to use the same kind of resin (Prusa tough)

If the printing requirements are the same - read the label - then yes, you can use the same code.  If they differ, re-slice.

Pigments do occasionally change the parameters - quite often clear behaves differently for example and dark colours may differ from white but read the label, it can save a lot of work.
