Tilt bed appears broken

During calibration or printing, the tilt bed cannot seem to hold itself up. It is constantly 'drooping'. When the motor attempts to raise it above the droop, it partially succeeds, then falls again as if something is stripped. It is not able to raise to the position required to print, so the first layer cannot attach to the print platform.

Any thoughts or advice is appreciated. Thank you.

For what it's worth, this turned out to be the set screw coming loose. There is a set screw that helps set the tilt bed arm against the servo motor. I had to be careful when tightening the set screw.. the arm/motor have to be oriented appropriately. I used the assembly manual.. part 2, step 18 for reference.

I believe this occurred during a print.. I noticed that the bed was getting 'stuck' when it tried to tilt down. I think the force of the motor trying to pull the tilt arm while it was stuck caused the set screw to fail.
