CW1 Stuck in Dry/Cure Mode
My CW1 was working great for about 1.5 months. Now, it will not come out of Dry/Cure Mode. As the manual suggested, I tried using my finger to block the sensor (simulating a tank being present, I assume) but the CW1 stayed in Dry/Cure mode. Clicking to the help page link in the User Manual was no help as I could not find an article on the CW1 and mode switching.
Is this something that is user addressable (I am an ME/EE so I am not adverse to opening up the box and putting a manual toggle switch functionally "in parallel" to the sensor). If you would like me to do that, please provide the best way to disassemble the case and get to the sensor leads. If not, how do I resolve the problem? Is there a firmware update that could provide users, such as myself, the ability to change between all three modes with the user control panel rather than just between cure and dry?
Using my Form Labs wash and cure stations at work in the mean time.

Sounds like the reflection light sensor or a wire is broken. In both cases, it is a warranty case.
Contact the support using the chat function of the shopping page. If you feel confident you might replace it by yourself and they will send you the replacement parts, but if not, you might have to send the device in.
