Tilt profiles
Hey guys, I'm a bit lost here. Why doesn't changing the tilt time profiles do anything? You can type numbers here but they don't do anything?! I wanted to print something that needs a very long tilt time but am stuck with standard timing.
Cheers.

RE: Tilt profiles
Because it's the other way around.
You don't enter times values to be executed by the printer but should enter the values that your printer will output when you do the calibration.
It's the same for the Area Fill value. Enter the value in PrusaSlicer that is set in your Printer.
PrusaSlicer will use those values to calculate the estimated printing time.

Ok but where do you put the settings in the printer?! It's not on the web UI and I can't find it on the screen? Am I missing something?
Cheers
RE: Tilt profiles
You can't adjust tilt speeds. You can just set the area fill value. This is the threshold at which it switches between fast and slow tilt.
But after you selected the print job at the printer, you can also decide between fast and slow mode.
RE: Tilt profiles
Ok so the short answer is is not changeable...
Why have the tilt timing in Prusa slicer though?

RE: Tilt profiles
I already answered that: To calculate the estimated printing time.

I already answered that: To calculate the estimated printing time.
But if you can't change it then it would already know how long it's going to take!
RE: Tilt profiles
It's very similar to the Live-Z of the FDM printers: It highly depends on the specific machine.
