i search a Member with a SL1 who can print for me an 3D-Part
Hi there,
i am Maru from switzerland. i thinking about buying a Prusa SL1 (or an Formlabs 3...). i need it for HF-Antennas and for this antennas i need a precision of 0.01mm in Z-axis. X/Y is not so important...
Formlabs i ask to print for me this part, for i can look to buy this Printer or no... (200Dollar with shipping because its USA)
But PRUSA dont have this service. Is outside there any person who can print me this Part with an SL1 and the maximum Z-resolution? Say me, what you get, i need to look both parts from both printers to choose the right printer.
the Part i can send via email.the borderlines are 36mm * 36mm * 61mm
sorry for my bad english, greeting Maru

You can use PrusaWorld to look for someone who fits your needs. Just set the filters to "Print on demand" and "Prusa SL1".
I can do too. (living in Germany)

Danke dir, Gruss Maru

Hello Lichtjäger,
that's great! send me your email, then I will send you the step file. What is important is the maximum resolution in Z, which is possible. I've read something of 0.01mm on the internet, but the SL1 is 0.025mm. what's right now? the formlab 3 can also only measure 0.025 ...
the structure itself would be ok with 0.025mm but the position in Z should be more precise (positioning tracks for wire windings). In purely mathematical terms, deviations of 1/1000 make big differences, but you have to be realistic ...
Thank you, greetings Maru

Hi JoanTabb
its a shielded HF-Antenna for a z-axis magnetic field (amateur radio equipment).
Lichtjäger help me to struggle out, what printer is for my requirement better 👍
