Availability of SL1S STEP files
I noticed the GitHub repo for the SL1 hasn't been updated in 4 years and doesn't reflect the updates made to the SL1S. I imagine the Prusa team is quite busy readying the XL but could the SL1S design changes be made available soon?

I agree, it would be nice to have the repo updated with SL1S changes.
To have the developers see your request, it is best to post it as an issue on GitHub.
The forum is mostly for user to user communication and posts is seldom seen/answered by Prusa employees.

Haha that's actually where I first raised the issue but there hasn't been any activity. Maybe contacting support is the best way to make the request.
BTW, I recognized your username from Printables--thanks for the PTFE jig, it's the best I've used

I have supported your issue on GitHub. The modifications I have done so far have been using a caliper on the parts, but it would be much easier to have access to the actual models and specifications.
