The top black knob is moving : First layer adhesion
I tighten the black printed knob at the top of the tower. But it is still moving printing platform. So It cannot reach an optimal position and the first layer won’t stick.
I already talk to PRUSA chatting professional agent Mr. Douglas. And he thought that is faluty part.
I screwed the too knob bolt and assembled perfectly.
Please check my video and tell me whatam I supposed to do.
Hopefully I would like to do happy printing ASAP.

Good afternoon Kim,
there is a small clamp screw on the right hand side of the aluminium piece below the black knob,
when you do the configuration process, you tighten this screw to hold the bed securing components in place.
try tightening it and see if the black knob stops moving!
