MMU2 not recognized by firmware version _3_13_2 MMU running MK3S_3_0_1_MMU2S

After flashing version 3.13.2 to my I3 Mk3s and MMU 3.3.1 to my MMU2 the printer no longer recognizes the MMU. Under Support menu I get MMU N/A and the MMU options do not show from the main menu.
