Prusa MK3.5 with bondtech extruder and prusa hotend

Has anyone upgraded their MK3.5 with the bondtech extruder with the Prusa hotend, wondering how to adjust the feed as the bondtech is 3 to 1 ratio, i looked on bondtech site but nothing in regards to firmware for this.
