Upgraded - now bad prusament PCCF
Hello. Since upgrading to MK3S+ I have been getting terrible Prusament PCCF prints- especially in draft 0.4mm layers. see photos ( on left typical current prints, on right typical previous prints).
Quick backstory: I had a large overnight blob on my MK3 (coincidently in PCCF) along with a temp error. Further attempts to heat the nozzle failed. Prusa advice suggested the heater cartridge was broken. I used a heat gun to remove the PCCF and managed to damage some of the printed parts. Luckily I already had the upgrade parts ready and rebuilt the printer to MK3/s/+.
Prusa online had a xmas shutdown but I found some parts from a local store ( Australia) and ordered the whole hot end as I managed to damage the PTFE grommet and couldn't find one. The hot end came with a 0.4mm brass nozzle and as I always use a 0.6mm replaced it with a new toughened 0.6mm nozzle.
I really have no idea what is happening with the print but I tried to slow the print down and that didn't make any difference. I have tried different rolls of PCCF in case there was a damp issue ( which I have never had before). Other filament types appear to print ok.

I should also note out that im using the default Prusament PCCF profile with changes to fill/perimeters and elephant foot only. The software and firmware is up to date.

UPDATE:
The idler Screw door wasn't closing flush and the tension was messed up and getting worse. Resetting the idle screw seems to have fixed the issue
