Import multi-color GLB file into PrusaSlicer for MMU

I'd like to print a protein structure using my MMU. The model I have has all of the color information in a GLB file format. When I convert it to an STL, it loses the color information, and this won't be an easy thing to print in PrusaSlicer.

Is there a method for importing color models into PrusaSlicer where the color information can be maintained?

colour can't be maintained by any method that I know, but you could paint the single colour STL with the paint tool to approximate the colours  (there are more than five colours in the picture)
If printed, in the orientation it is currently in, you could swap out the yellow or red, for dark blue because the yellow and red end, before the dark blue starts
