MMU stop loading fillament mid print

Hi, I'm having a problem with my printer. It stopped working mid print because the MMU3 is failing to load the filament. It seems like the filament can't be pushed into the selector head. I've tried loading all five filaments, but none of them will load. It looks like the filament is hitting something before it reaches the FINDA, causing it to get stuck and grind.

I'll be disassembling the unit today to see what's going on. I suspect the cutting blade might have caused the issue.

I checked the MMU and found that a white filament had broken inside the selector, right before the FINDA sensor. If I could suggest a feature, it would be great to have the option to manually park the selector in the far-right position, just after the number 5, for troubleshooting. That way, at least my print wouldn’t be ruined. To clear the fault, I had to remove the Bowden tube and push out the stuck filament.
