Collet Jam
This is so trivial but very frustrating.
On filament load the collet just before the filament sensor is catching an edge and jamming. Jiggling tube frees it but every second or third load it catches and stops.
Tried spare tube and reversing the collets.
Pushing filament through manually reveals distinct lip in collet that diameter of PTFE does not overcome.
Using old plastic collet and cover I had from something else and that’s working great but not a permanent fix.
