mmu3 super pinda not sending signal to lcd readout

Hey there, i installed the mmu3 and all the other things but when i started it up was getting an alarm for unload filament mamually but there was no filament in it. i pulled the super finda sensor from thew top of the mmu3 and it stopped i went thru all the other stuff i was required to do  and even if i pull the sensor out of the hilder and activate by hand the light changes (goes out when activated) I dont get a change showing up on the lcd screen of the printer. I have checked all the connections , reseated all the wires and no change. What should i do next?

ok so im not sure what happened but i took the pinda out of the mmu2, plugged it into the board  and i saw a response finally when manually activating it.  thought ok maybe bad pinda? but double checked it and 🤔 now it works without changing depth on the mmu mounted one so i guess its ok now.

First off can you take a picture of the finda the thing you called the pinda I just want to confirm that it's the right sensor installed and to confirm when the sensor is removed putting a metal object in front of it and taking it away dosent change on the lcd under support sensor info when it says finda that dosent change right

May be the pinda wire is defective. Moving it make or lose contact. The problem may be a cut wire inside the cable (then the pinda is gone, but it is rare) or it has a bad contact on the connector, and this is the more frequent case. Try to move the cable to see if the LCD suddenly reacts, or check the plastic connector and wires and ensure  it is will fitted on the female connector.
