All 3 motors quit working after loaded 5 filaments
Okay, here's story - I tried to load all 5 filaments (by going load each filament per instruction) for the first time. I managed to load all 5 filaments and then all sudden getting an error something to do with Finda issue. I tried to hit reset button and the MMU motor (all three) did not start up. The Idler did not roll, Selector did not move, and pulley did not spinning.
What can I do to fix that? I would contact support service but I don't have time to do that today.

Okay, I got time to take a look at the MMU3 lights. I checked the board light, it's solid green, but the filament sensor's light is not on. So, I stick a filament in and the filament debris came out. The red light came on and all motors are now running.
