Way to seal the buffer to prevent moisture absorption?

Anyone run across a way to seal the buffer to prevent the filament from absorbing moisture while it is sitting in the wallet?  Like a drybox or something that can have dessicant added to kept moisture low.  I am going to use the water soluable filament and am worried about all the time it will spend in the open air using the buffer.

I am thinking about just shrink wrapping the entire thing and then cut out holes for the festo entrances I have attached.  I am using these beauties!
