Thumbscrews for the idler tensioner

I made some thumbscrews for the idler tensioner. Just a friction fit to 40mm screws (which you should have in your spares kit).

Nah, but they're bright orange, so they're easy to find.

😀 so far its one of my pet peeves. damned things falling out. someday ill work on it.

damnit, I jinxed it. lost a spring. but guess its ok my plastic idler is cracked.

I just made two thin undersized washers from a plastic film to keep the screws from falling out. The same way electrical screws are hold to keep them from falling out of the lit when used on ceilings.
