MK3s R4 extruder MMU2s with path throught coupling
As I understand Prusa's choice for one universal extruder, I don't really like the MMU2s particular design, seems like it was designed in a hurry.
I simplified the design and add a path throuhg Festo coupling for a smoother filament path, the filament entry is part of the motor plate holder, adapter-printer-mmu2s and fs-cover-mmu2s are not needed anymore.
The Ir-sensor-holder is now attached on one side to the extruder motor plate.
I did also other minor changes like a removable idler door lever.

Where did you get the original designs? Wondering what is needed to customize your design for MK2.5S + MMU2S.
At least one difference is the presence of an end stop trigger as the MK2.5S has mechanical end stop switches for X/Y.
