Unload/load filament mid-print (AKA - print more than 5 colors)

Is there any way to mid-print unload a filament no longer needed, and load a filament that is going to be used later on (AKA - add a sixth filament option)? Can I pause the print job to do this? Or is it not possible?

Just got my MMU2S upgrade but haven't yet put it together, so haven't had a chance to try it out. I'm interested in a multi color print that I'd like to use six different colors on. It's the multi-color Patrick Star statue. See:  https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3124812

So right now, I've got the tongue and the eyes on the same tool. So if I print the tongue in red, then the eyes will also be red. I could make the tongue match the body if there is no other choice... But... I'd rather change the filament (unload/load) after the tongue prints, but before the eyes print, so that I can change red filament to white.

ColorPrint within PrusaSlicer doesn't seem to work in MMU (NOT single) mode.

Thoughts?
