problem create support by soluble material

Hallo,

I'm quite annoyed trying to create support structures with soluble material. The Blog article and the video don't help really. The Verbatim BVOH is loaded in extruder 4 as described. MK3S and MMU2S have tha last firmware, Prusa Slicer is V 2.3.3.

My settings are as follows:

Could anybody give me a help? Many thanks in advance

Klaus

RE: problem create support by soluble material

Make sure in Prusa Slicer under the tab "Print Settings" you edit under the section "Multiple Extruders"; select "0" under the section Support material/ raft/ skirt extruder so the slicer can select whichever default filament for all support material and select "4" under the section titled "Support Material/ Raft Interface Extruder" so the slicer uses extruder  4 for the BVOH at the interface between support, soluble material, and the desired print object. This is if you are using soluble interface. If you are using Soluble full, you can simply select Extruder 4 as the soluble material. Attached is a photo however, I use extruder 5 for my BVOH.

Many thanks, now it works as expected.

Quite hidden, some settings. May be it would be easier in some cases if there would be a set of settings only for the Prusa printers and not in general for all kind of printers.
