printing problem MMU2

here, today I come to appeal to your knowledge because I encounter a problem with the mmu2.
my impressions in multi color are always failures. I use 4 PLA filament and 1 BVOH filament. in the beginning all this passes well but later I'm clogging, it happens after loading the filament. I specify that it is not every time, but 1 time out of 10 or 15 loading.
do you know where it can come from?
what would be my problem?
Do you have the same concern as me?
For info I made a box for the printer, can it come from?

dose it mess up if you don't print something without BVOH?
I have a Prusa,therefore I research.

I found there was a lot of friction in the tubing from the MMU2 to the spool holders so I changed the PTFE to 2.5x4mm and used the same for the length from the MMu2 to the top of the extruder...
