MMU2S PVA Load Failure

Hi all I am having a strange issue trying to use MatterHackers PVA. For some strange reason the filament wont read as loaded when it goes to the nozzle and the result is this.

If anyone knows why this is happening and how to fix it I would appreciate it.

I'm not personally familiar with the properties of PVA but the most likely cause of this behavior is that the filament is softer, and as a result isn't triggering the filament sensor in the extruder (which depends on the filament pushing the drive gears apart).

Do the filament sensor adjustment procedure (that involves shifting the top part of the extruder that holds the sensor) and make sure it's set as sensitive as possible without any false triggering. If possible, use a piece of the PVA filament itself to test the response. I had to do this to get the MMU2 loading to work with my nGen Flex filament.
