MMU2S impossible to load/unload
Hi,
I cannot load/unload filaments. This happened firstly with F1 then with F2, F3 and now F4 doesn't work anymore.
I tighten the MMU2 cover to different levels in order to give various pressure to the filament.
The Bondtech gear(s) are spinning correctly but the filament isn't advancing.
I opened the cover and I tried to press the filament with my fingers in order to press it to the gears but no friction is felt.
It is something like the gears are too low.
Any ideas?
