MMU2 N/A
My MK3 with MMU2 (3.7.0 / 1.0.5) does not recognise the MMU anymore. In the printer menu under "Support" the entry for the MMU2 shows the value "N/A". The MMU itself is powered, the connection to the board of the printer was plugged and plugged again several times. When the printer is switched on, the MMU is not homing anymore, but reacts to the three buttons. I was unable to go through with factory reset for the MMU. But I am able to move the selector using the buttons and to load filament to the MMU.
Any suggestions what to do next would be highly appreciated.

I have the same problem on the Mk2.5 I have printed successfully for a day or two then after switching on in the morning this problem appeared. Is there a know solution? Or is this a hardware problem?

Update: Yesterday I finally upgraded to MMU2S. Situation unchanged.
If I try to follow the instructions for a factory reset of the MMU I get the carriage moving from left to right and back, while pressing the middle button. If I hold the middle button longer, the revolving part shows some movement. This stops after I let the button go. The only led reaction I get is a continously red blinking left led.
Any ideas? Is there an alternative way to force a factory reset of the MMU? Via USB connection?

Just responding to this for posterity. I had the same problem. I had to flip the FINDA connector. That's the green blue and white cords that come from the MMU. The green should be on the left side of the connector when facing the board.

Sorry for this late update: The issue was solved by switching to a new Einsy RAMBo MK3S.
