MMU2 loading filament to nozzle problem.
Hello, I am new here and I have a problem regarding loading filament to the nozzle. So recently I upgraded my printers firmware (after a year and a half) and now my MMU wont load filaments to the nozzle correctly. I tried some stuff without success and got to the IR sensor. Flowchart: menu -> load to nozzle -> preheating -> load filament 1 -> loading through ptfe tube -> IR sensor reads 1 -> gears can't load the filament. The MMU-s loading stopped the moment the IR detected filament and only the extruder's gears are turning. My question here would be, what can I do? Is there an option in the menu that lets you put a delay there, or something in the slicer? Both MMU2S and MK3S+ run on the latest firmware 3.12.2, no 3th party programs.
